At J30 Fashion, we want to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’d like to exchange an item or receive store credit, we’re happy to help.

_Error Resolution_

If we made an error with your order, such as sending the wrong item or size, we’ll take care of it right away. Please contact our customer service team at customercare@j30fashion.com and we’ll:- Send the correct item or size at no additional cost to you- Provide a prepaid return shipping label to send back the incorrect item- Process a store credit or exchange, whichever you prefer

_Exchange Policy_

At J30 Fashion, we want to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If you’d like to exchange an item, please note the following:- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached- Exchanges are allowed for the following reasons: – Incorrect size – Incorrect colour or style – Defective or damaged itemPlease note that sale or discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged.- Exchanges are only possible if the item is still available. If not, we’ll offer you a store credit instead.- You can use your store credit to choose a similar item of equal value.- Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue._Updates to this Policy_J30 Fashion reserves the right to update or modify this Exchange/Store Credit Policy at any time without prior notice.
